AnkerMake, a new 3D printing brand from rapid charging accessories brand Anker, is introducing the AnkerMake M5, a 3D printer that, according to the company’s press release, was designed “to improve the user experience by reducing printing time up to 70%.” The 3D printer, which also promises several other welcome improvements on basic desktop models, is not yet available commercially but only via a Kickstarter campaign.
The growing demand for bigger and faster SLS 3D printers – Lisa X and Nils 480 challenged Sinterit to launch a new version of the popular PHS. With the tremendous increase in powder volume that could be printed at once, the postprocessing and powder handling with new, faster PHS.

Swedish bioprinting company Fluicell launched its second single-cell 3D bioprinter: the new Biopixlar AER is a compact 3D bioprinter that lets users create detailed biological tissues with high precision. It is the world’s first microfluidic high-precision bioprinter that fits inside a standard flow hood or biosafety cabinet. Fluicell designed it for high automation and easy workflow integration, with the goal of bringing Biopixlar technology to new customer segments.
Last week SLM Solutions held a large company and customer meeting at its HQ in Lubeck to show off the final and functional version of the huge NXG XII 600 SLM 3D printer. Now Sintavia, one of the premier manufacturers of advanced propulsion and thermodynamic systems for the aerospace, defense, and space industry, has ordered two NXG XII 600s in a move that will significantly advance the entire industry.

The most affordable sand 3D printer ever offered by binder jetting pioneer ExOne, the all-new S-Max Flex, will debut at CastExpo 2022 in Columbus, Ohio, on April 23. Using Additive Manufacturing technology, the Formula Student Racing Team E-Stall of the University of Applied Sciences Esslingen, Germany, improved cooling of the electric drivetrain and power electronics. Printed with the highest accuracy on the EP-M260 by Eplus3D, the aluminum-made parts were able to easily dissipate the generated heat and therefore improve the performance of the racecar.
