About Project
With the use of a coffee mixer, every cup of coffee can be perfectly blended to match your exact taste. Coffee stirrers are extremely versatile in their uses and are also an extremely cost-effective option for properly mixing almost any beverage.
A coffee lover was not satisfied with the common chopstick-like coffee stirrers so he found us to make a new one with the help of 3D printing. After communication, we together designed a stirrer in a spiral shape, which functions better in blending coffee, milk, and sugar.
Solution
- Step 1: Draw some sketches and build 3D models after communication.
- Step 2: 3D print the prototype for appearance verification using resin with an SLA printer.
- Step 3: SLS 3D print the prototype with Nylon powders for functional verification.
