About Project

We offer a variety of Working Industrial models like Chemical Plant Models for our clients. With deft design & exquisite workmanship, these models are capable of replicating the real equipment and process. These plant models can be customized with material as per the requirement of the client.

In this case, we printed a model for a small chemical plant. Units and fluid systems in the plant including all vessels, piping, tubing, valves, pumps, compressors, and other equipment, are printed and painted separately, then assembled together.

Solution

• Step 1: Revise the 3D model sent by our client and ensure each part is printable.
• Step 2: 3D print all the parts with SLA 3D printers using SLA ABS-like resin.
• Step 3: Remove the supporting structures, post-cure all the parts.
• Step 4: Polishing, painting, and assemble the models onto the plate.
