About Project

This lower limb rehabilitation assistant is designed to have 3 patterns: staircase, flat ground, and slope. Restricted by the client’s budget, this model is just a present prototype with no active parts.

Solution

• Step 1: The equipment is split into different parts and designed to be assembled after printing. We need to ensure the tolerance and structure.
• Step 2: Considering the model needs smooth surface and fine-details, and the client has a limited budget, we recommend 3D printing the model using SLA Generic Resin.
• Step 3: When finish printing, we break the supports and polish with sandpaper, then color the parts with matte and paints.
• Step 4: Assemble all the parts together.
