About Project

Our customer has her eye socket broken in a car accident. The surgery was performed in a traditional way, causing the eyeballs to appear proptosis and depression separately, and her vision had double shadow. She successfully restores vision and regains beauty through 3D printed Ti alloy implants.

Solution

• Step 1: The doctor measures the height difference of her eyeballs.
• Step 2: Our engineer make 3D model according to the structure of the eye socket.
• Step 3: The implant is 3D printed through SLS technique with Titanium alloy.
• Step 4: The surgeon put the implant into her eye socket.
