Here are some sample parts printed with Formlabs ESD resin. ESD Resin is a cost-effective solution for producing static-dissipative parts designed to endure use on the factory floor.

Solution

• Step 1: Examine the 3D models to make sure the minimum detail is large enough, arrange the placement on the platform, and add supporting structures.
• Step 2: 3D print the parts with the material SLA Formlabs ESD Resin. A rugged ESD-safe material to improve your electronics manufacturing workflows.
• Step 3: When printing is finished, remove the supports and rinse it with IPA. The prints have a dark-green tint if you examine them under a light.
