About Project

The architects designed an elite community composed of several detached houses. Printed with simple white resin, the model is precise and rich-in-details, showing prospective buyers the most authentic effect of the real villas. It became our dream house already. Look forward to the day it's fully finished.

Solution

• Step 1: Examine the 3D models carefully, especially whether the details exceed minimum layer heights, especially the handrails, pillars, fences, etc.
• Step 2: Add supporting structures for the models in case the overhangs may break or deform. As the detached houses are printed in one piece, we mainly focus on the balconies.
• Step 3: Arrange the placement of all the parts. 3D print the houses, parks, and benches with SLA Generic Resin.
• Step 4: Cut off the supports and wash the prints with IPA. Spray the prints with a prime after air drying. Glue the dried flowers to the designed flower bed.
