While the design has evolved over the years, it still retains the same overall theme and shapes, and it often pays tribute to the original Mini. A Mini is a work of art, a living thing, a cool little vehicle that looks fitting in urban surroundings and just the same in the powerful Alpine scenery.
Even now when there are dozens of different small car designs out there, a Mini always gets noticed and draws attention around it. It’s one of those cars that you recognize from a mile away. No wonder we received orders from time to time about making different versions of this car. And this model with only one seat is an eye-catching one, reflecting the dream car of our client.
Solution
Step 1: Check and revise the model, and offer the solutions and quotes for the car.
Step 2: As the car model was just used for display, printing the main body with SLA ABS-like Resin is recommended. The material has accurate and durable features. The car windows and lights are printed with SLA Clear Resin; the bumper, the logo, and the enclosures of the lights also should be printed separately for the convenience of electroplating.
Step 3: Remove the supporting structure, post-cure the model with UV. Sandblasted the main body and colored it with matte black, matte white, and blue metallic paint. The windows and lights were polished to be transparent. Then electroplate the bumper, the logo, also the light enclosures.
