On the photos are unpolished stainless parts used as medical prototypes. You can see the slightly coarse surface, as the prints are made with tiny granular metal powders under the SLM 3D printing method. It can be very smooth after our sand blasting and polishing processes.
Solution
Step 1: Examine the model to make sure the structure and wall thickness does not need any revision.
Step 2: Add supports to the model, prepare the metal powders and preheat the printer chamber, then process printing with our metal 3D printer.
Step 3: The printer automatically spread out one layer of powder after another, and the laser will systematically touch the correct spots of each layer and sinter the object together.
Step 4: After printing finish, cool down the 3D printer and metal parts. Then comes the support removal and other post-processes.
