It's been a custom for the mechanical industry to send scale-down 3D printed machine models as gifts for all the engineers and managers involved. It's more meaningful than just a medal or some bonus. The best commemoration for an engineer is the stuff he/she created, right?

Solution

• Step 1: Split the model into the base, stand, and sliding rails. Arrange the placement and add supporting structures.
• Step 2: 3D print different parts with SLA Durable Resin in one batch using our large-format industrial SLA 3D printer.
• Step 3: Take out the finished prints from the chamber. Break off the supports and spray with prime paint.
• Step 4: Paint with matte paint and metallic paint. Then assemble and glue them together after air-drying.
