Nowadays, with 3D scanning and 3D printing technology, you don't need to soak your hands into plaster and silica gel. It just takes seconds for the scanner to collect the data of all your fingers.
- Step 1: Keep your hands stable and our engineer would scan them with the high-precision handheld 3D scanner.
- Step 2: The 3D model generated by the scanner can not be used directly. We need to repair it first, then add supports.
- Step 3: SLA Generic Resin has a layer thickness of 0.05 mm. It cannot reproduce every line on your palm, but can show most of the wrinkles of your hands.
- Step 4: Remove the supports and rinse the model with IPA. Then post-cure it under UV.
