These pairs of shoes reflect the wild imagination of the designers. The futuristic style seems to be inspired by marine creatures. Printed in TPU powder with SLS technology, these shoes are elastic and soft, and can be tailor-made to your feet.

Solution

• Step 1: As requested by the clients the shoes need to be printed in one piece, so the upper surface and midsole are not pront to be worn apart.
• Step 2: Produce the sole with SLS 3D printing technology using TPU powders. The excess powders in the mesh structures are easy to be removed.
• Step 3: Smooth out the surface of TPU prints with chemical vapour.
• Step 4: Rinse the shoes into dyes and paint with airbrushes.
