The four pieces of 60*35*4mm film machine shape stainless steel dog tags cost about $80 with laser printing technology, and cost about $160 with laser carving technology. For those who found us for laser cutting services, we need files with vector graphics in AI or DWG formats. Also, please notice that if you want to print patterns on both sides, please mirror the patterns.

Solution

• Step 1: Our engineers examine the file and find that the texts and patterns are not vectorial, and there are too many layers that need to be simplified. The client revises the file and chooses the laser printing plan.
• Step 2: Set the laser cutter, cut the stainless steel bricks in the designed route.
• Step 3: To create marks such as logos or data matrix codes on stainless steel, you need to rely on the laser annealing that does not remove the chromium oxide layer from the surface.
