About Project
People are increasingly caring about indoor air quality. A technology company that sells smart home products chose us to 3D printed a shell for prototyping. They designed an air condition sensor with a hollow-out structure for ventilation. And there was a big round hole for the screen to show the air quality.
Solution
- Step 1: Design the shell considering all the parts that will be fixed inside.
- Step 2: 3D modeling in the software.
- Step 3: 3D printing with PLA filament through a FDM printer.
- Step 4: Assemble all the electronic components into the shell.
- Step 5: Testing the air quality sensor.
