About Project

This set of eating utensils are failed products but we like them. We printed the compressed files with aluminum alloy powder and the models are in low-poly styles. Then we made a new set for the client and kept the failed ones as samples.

Solution

  • Step 1: Prepare the aluminum alloy powders, heat the printer chamber to correct temperature, then the laser touches the area as the set route.
  • Step 2: Break the thin supports with pliers, cut the thick supports with wire cutting. Polish to remove the bumps.
