PolyJet technology is expensive but has a nice effect. You can clearly see the wrinkles on his face, the drapes on his clothes. And the texture of his hat and clothes can be told. And the colors are quite close to the real tone.

Solution

• Step 1: 3D scan the elder man with a handheld scanner, export the file to software and amend the meshes.
• Step 2: Add soluble PolyJet supports with materials that can let you create complex 3D printed parts and models with no restrictions on geometry.
• Step 3: Print the model with PolyJet 3D printer using Multi-color Resin.
• Step 4: Remove the supporting structure by rinsing the model with water and isopropanol (IPA).
