About Project

Tough resin (SLA) has better stiffness and impact resistance than generic resin, and produces parts with improved mechanical properties. It is very qualified to be printed as the enclosure of vehicles.

Solution

• Step 1: As the vehicle enclosure, the shape and structure should be precisely controlled. Our industrial SLA 3D printers can print large parts and control the deformation.
• Step 2: Arrange the placement and print the parts in one piece using SLA Tough Resin. The color of the resin is light yellow, and it needs to be painted black with an airbrush after cleaning and polishing.
