This brand is known and loved for being a trusted cosmeceuticals brand. Physicians and skincare professionals define cosmeceuticals as products that sit on the cutting edge between cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.
They customed a giant model of their number one best-selling product. The 1-meter-high standing bottle model in their booth immediately caught the eyes of visitors and other exhibitors.

Solution

• Step 1: Scale up the CAD file of the original product to the required size and give a quote based on the technology and material.
• Step 2: Add supporting structure. Then 3D print the bottle and the cap using SLA Clear Resin and SLA Black Tough Resin separately. Stereolithography (SLA) 3D printing can create transparent objects that, with some post-processing, can be made optically clear.
• Step 3: Remove the prints and post-cure them with UV. Sandblast and polish the prints by hand. Soak the bottle in brown dye solution to color it. Spray UV-oil to the bottle and cap.
