Solution

• Step 1:聽High-resolution 3D scans of real Chinese citizens were acquired, their postures and expressions frozen in digital amber. These scans, imbued with the subtle nuances of human form, served as the blueprints for the miniature masterpieces.
• Step 2: The digital models were meticulously scaled down, ensuring each statue retained its lifelike detail while fitting effortlessly onto shelves or desks. This delicate dance between accuracy and size preservation ensured the statues remained intimate windows into the lives they represented.
• Step 3:聽A bed of fine HP Nylon PA12 powder awaited, its virgin surface poised to receive the sculpted light. Using a high-powered laser, each layer of the digital model was meticulously traced onto the powder, solidifying the virtual form into a tangible reality.
• Step 4: Following each laser pass, the excess powder was gently swept away, revealing the nascent statues layer by layer. This slow unveiling, akin to a butterfly emerging from its chrysalis, imbued each creation with a sense of anticipation and wonder.
