About Project

An automotive engineer wanted to optimize the existing design of the parts, and make a new casting mold to emphasize the performance of the parts without gaining weight. We used the castable wax and SLA 3D printing technology to make a wax mold for his prototyping.

Solution

• Step 1: The automotive engineer designed the parts and sent us the STL file.
• Step 2: We printed the model in castable wax with SLA printer.
• Step 3: The engineer detected and verified the wax model.
