Solution

• Step 1: The blind box character models were reviewed before printing, and areas such as the hats, ears, facial features, props, flowers, writing brush, gold ingot, and translucent-looking accessories were checked for manufacturability.
• Step 2: The full-color texture data was prepared for WJP printing, including the bronze-green faces, colorful headwear, soft gradients, red and yellow blessing elements, dark facial details, and small symbolic props.
• Step 3: Auxiliary support structures were generated around the ears, hats, hands, props, and small raised ornaments to keep the delicate character details stable during printing.
• Step 4: The figurines were produced with WJP full-color 3D printing, where full-color photopolymer resin materials were jetted and UV-cured layer by layer to form the character shapes and surface colors in one integrated process.
