Solution

• Step 1: Design Creation.聽The designs of the iconic Tibetan animals in cartoon style were created using 3D modeling software. Each animal was adorned with traditional Tibetan jewelry like necklaces, earrings, or frontlets.
• Step 2: File Preparation.聽The 3D models were converted into a format compatible with the ColorJet 3D printer. The files were then sliced into layers to guide the printing process.
• Step 3: Material Preparation. The core material, CJP Fullcolor Sandstone, was prepared. The color binders, which included various colors to achieve the vibrant look, were also readied.
• Step 4: Layering Process.聽A thin layer of the core material was spread over the build platform using a roller. This process was repeated for each layer.
• Step 5: Color Binding.聽The color binder was selectively jetted from inkjet print heads onto the powder layer. This caused the powder to solidify and form the desired shape and color of the miniature.
• Step 6: Layer-by-Layer Printing.聽The build platform was lowered after each layer was printed, allowing the next layer of powder to be spread and bound. This process continued until the entire model was completed.
• Step 7: Post-Processing.聽Once the printing was finished, the miniatures were carefully removed from the build platform. Excess powder was brushed off, and the models were cleaned.
• Step 8: Finishing Touches.聽The miniatures were then treated with a sealant to enhance their durability and color vibrancy. Any additional details, such as the traditional Tibetan jewelry, were carefully inspected and touched up if necessary.
• Step 9: Quality Check.聽A thorough quality check was conducted to ensure that each miniature met the desired specifications and quality standards.
