This baby carriage is eye-catching with a transparent shield and an air interchanger that could block the sand out; and it has a footboard that allows adults to slide on it. It's a scaled-down prototype made with SLA technology.
Solution
Step 1: The model is built by the client and split into several parts. All the parts need to be examined thoroughly for successful printing and assembling.
Step 2: Add supporting structures and arrange the placement in the software. 3D print the parts with SLA Generic Resin and SLA Clear Resin. Considering the scale and the desired coating effect, we set the layer thickness to 0.05mm.
Step 3: Cut off the supports and rinse with IPA. Polish to remove marks. After air drying, try to assemble all the parts and adjust the allowance with sandpaper so the car could be seamless.
Step 4: Rinse the clear parts and spray with acrylic oil. Color other parts with matte paints as required. Assemble all the parts together and fix them with superglue.
