A Spiderman fan has ordered some Tom Holland head sculptures and practiced his painting skills. Grey resin is preferred by model kit enthusiasts as it could present details clearer than white or black resin.

Solution

• Step 1: Our engineer firstly checks the minimum details of these models. For the head models with delicate details, we always suggest printing them with DLP or LCD technology. This head sculpt is made with SLA technology as a test.
• Step 2: Add supports and arrange the placement in the slicer software, then 3D print it with SLA Dark Tough Resin. The default layer thickness is 0.1mm.
• Step 3: Rinse with IPA and polish to remove the supports very carefully. Then polish to remove the marks. Then the client paints it by himself as an exercise.
