Some patients would feel embarrassed wearing the awkward, torture-contraption look of braces, but this 3D printed back brace is more acceptable. It's designed by the doctors and tailor-made for every patient. SLS 3D printing technology can produce such nice-looking, comfortable, lightweight, and durable braces.

Solution

• Step 1: The doctor will CT scan the patients’ body to learn the curvature of their spines, then design custom scoliosis brace for each of them.
• Step 2: Our engineer will check the 3D model, sometimes may help hollowing the model to cut down the weight.
• Step 3: With SLS 3D printing technology, printing the brace with Nylon powder requires no supporting structure.
• Step 4: Polish the brace after printing to make the patient feel more comfortable.
