[2019-09] Huge FacFox Cloud Upgrades!

- Now every registered user has UNLIMITED free Google Drive private storage, user can upload file/manage folder/zip files/download/share the files, especially large files can be uploaded through facfox cloud and pasted in form of sharable link into the ‘note’ column while submitting quotes.
- Manual quote submission experience optimized
- Added more material into the material library.
