The trophies for the E-sports competition are usually different from the traditional contests. As shown in the pics, the five small figurines look like musicians, which symbolizes that the team members cooperate as closely as a band. There are three groups of trophies, each group painted into gold, silver, and bronze rather than casting with metal.

Solution

• Step 1: Check the STL files and reply with a quote according to the size, materials, printing technology, post-process, etc.
• Step 2: 3D print with SLA Tough Resin after adding supporting structures. SLA is the most prioritized method for printing models with curves and complex geometries and in the meantime requires a smooth surface.
• Step 3: Break off the supports and rinse with IPA. Then post-cure with UV. Electroplating is not suitable for resin parts, but with Nano coating technology we can also realize the metallic finishes.
