About Project

One of our clients designed a new baby toy and found us to make a prototype. The toy has a shape of Chinese traditional auspicious cloud. The plier-like structure can be used as a pair of hand-muscle developers. The red beads can be moved by hand. The animal head can be rotated. If you pull the two rings on the left side, the toy will play a joyful sound. There are many other tricks we did not introduce here.
Anyway, we analyze the design print and communicate with the designers and engineers of our customers. Then we break down the whole toy into different parts and print them separately. Each of the parts has a different color and our specialist completes the fine coloring process as appointed Pantone colors by our customers. After post-processing, the parts are assembled together with circuits and other electronic components.
They have passed the verification of this baby toy and begin batch production.
