About Project

The embossing roller gears are important components of the mask making machine, and a company found us to make some prototypes for verification. We use an SLA 3D printer to produce 4 pieces of embossing gears in resin. The prototype precisely reflects all the tiny patterns. After passing the verification process, the end-usable gears are CNC machined and assembled on the mask making machine.
