Dr. Slump is called Arare in Asia. One of our clients is learning NOMAD Sculpt, the 3D sculpting software on mobile devices. And she built the model of Dr. Slump and found us to print the garage kit. The model she built is mapped with colors, but she would rather paint by herself.
Solution
Step 1: You don’t even need to have professional skills in digital sculpting. There are many 3D models shared on the Internet by hobbyists. You can download some of them for free, but some great work needs to be paid for.
Step 2: Then you can tell our sales manager about the expected height, printing technique, and post-processing and ask for a quote.
Step 3: Our engineer will check the model, arrange the models, and add supporting structure, then export it to the industrial SLA 3D printer. The model is printed in one piece as requested.
Step 4: 3D print the full model. Soak the green part in IPA to dissolve all the supports. Dry the model in open air, then polish to remove marks.
