The Child, Baby Yoda, appeals to those who like children 鈥� but even those who don鈥檛. He has all of the finer attributes of children: a wide-eyed wonder for the world around him, a voracious appetite, he wants to be held, and he coos.
As Star War fans, we all enjoy making the prototypes of Baby Yoda toys with 3D printing technology. He's so cute no matter when he swallows the frog, sips the soup, plays the silver ball, or stares at you with his tearful eyes.

Solution

• Step 1: As the toys are designed for young children and shoot for the low-end market, the 3D model simplified many details, such as his hair.
• Step 2: Also for safety reasons, the miniature is 3D printed in one piece using SLA Generic Resin, in case young children would swallow the parts.
• Step 3: Regular post-processing like washing with IPA, supports removal, and polishing. Be careful not to break his ears.
• Step 4: Color the Baby Yoda with appointed paints. Make him look alive by adding highlights to his eyes.
