BROCK Sweeping Technology Co., Ltd., once specialized in repairs and spare parts sales for refuse trucks and sweepers, has now become the leading supplier of special sweeping machines worldwide.

As shown in the figures, the sweeper truck model is very exquisite. The door of the truck can be opened. The truck head can be lifted, the tail box can be lifted, the tail cover can be opened, and the cleaning wheel can rotate.

The main body of the truck is fabricated sheet metal. Other tiny components are 3D printed with SLA 3D printers using ABS-like resin.

Solution

• Step 1: 3D modeling with the reference to the original sweeper truck.
• Step 2: Sheet metal fabrication to produce the main body of the truck.
• Step 3: SLA 3D printing the chassis, seats, steering wheel, and the front glass, etc.
• Step 4: Polishing, painting, UV-oil spraying.
• Step 6: Assemble all the parts together and test the functions.
