“The Light is a bond, when someone inherits it will shine again.” This is my favorite line in Ultraman. Manufacturing the action figures are one of the most charming orders for all the boys in our company. In the quality insurance part, we are all quite happy with touching and adjusting the postures of these Ultramans.

Solution

• Step 1: For action models, usually they are split by our clients, and our engineers take part in the examination of the joint parts, sampling, and testing.
• Step 2: 3D print the master patterns using SLA Tough Resin with a layer thickness of 0.05mm. The post-process for the master pattern is quite important as it decides the precision of casted products.
• Step 3: The urethane casting process uses a 3D printed master pattern and silicone mold to deliver high-quality, short-run parts in a fraction of the time and a fraction of the cost of injection molding.
• Step 4: Paint the parts under the requirements of our client. Finally assemble all the parts and test them.
