This grey resin material is tested with our newly engaged LCD 3D printer and we made some tiny toy soldiers for the war game. All of them are less than 2cm-tall. From the photos, you can see that the details are presented perfectly. The supports are easy to be removed so the marks are unnoticeable.
Solution
Step 1: Our engineer first checks the minimum details of these models which are downloaded from the Internet. For the tiny models with delicate details or statues with high requirements for precision, we always suggest printing them with DLP or LCD technology.
Step 2: Add supports and position the models properly in the slicer software, then 3D print them with LCD grey resin.
Step 3: Rinse with IPA, post-cure them with UV, and break the supports very carefully. Then polish them to remove the marks.
