The final season of Attack on Titan is officially on the way. There are three army regiments in A.O.T Series, and each has a unique logo. The badge for the Survey Corps is the Wings Of Freedom. These batches of resin arm badges are 3D printed for the Survey Corps costumes.

Solution

• Step 1: The designer built the model with reference to the original patterns in the anime. All the details should consider the minimum layer height of the materials.
• Step 2: As the arm badges are small and require high resolution, our industrial DLP 3D printer is put into use. DLP Ultra Detail Resin has an opaque peach color appearance and is suitable for producing fine-detailed models with smooth surfaces.
• Step 3: The model requires no supporting structures so the post-processing is relatively easy. One of the badges has broken because the wing is not thick enough.
