FacFox is experienced in the low-volume production of dental models. Our business covers:

• Dental Study Models: 3D print dental study models and digital wax-ups to show beautiful anatomical detail. This precision allows for exceptional measurements, patient education, and laboratory collaboration. The color options allow for clinicians to choose the shade that most clearly show detail.
• Models for Aligners: Full-arch orthodontic model plays an integral role in clear aligner therapy. Sequential models can be printed and used to thermoform clear aligners. In addition, a complete orthodontic model can be used in conjunction with spray separators and laser soldering to fabricate orthodontic appliances.
• Removable Dies: Useful for visual aids in dental surgery and anatomical education, our 3D printers produce parts with tight tolerances so that your removable dies come out perfect with each print.

Solution

• Step 1: Arrange the placement of all the dental models in the software and add the supporting structures. Export the STL files into the SLA 3D printer. We can print 250 pieces of dental models in one batch.
• Step 2: 3D print the teeth model with SLA Tough Resin(Grey). The material offers optional layer heights of 0.05 and 0.1 mm, and the tolerance is 卤0.2%. It’s suitable for fine-detail models with smooth surfaces and complex designs with intricate details.
• Step 3: Cut off the supports, rinse with IPA, and polish by hand to remove the marks and enhance the smoothness.
