About Project

Some nurses found that the infusion tubes sometimes dropped out from the bottle, and they invented small gadgets to solve the problem. The U-structure can tightly fix the tube and bottle, and we print 3 sizes of them to match most of the bottles on the market.

Solution

  • Step 1: Help the clients build 3D model from the 2D blueprints. Recommend appropriate printing technology and materials according to their requirements and budget. Here we print the devices with FDM 3D printing technology using FDM PLA.
  • Step 2: Take the prints from the plane. Adding a raft or skirt would make this process easier.
  • Step 3: Polish the prints manually with grater and sandpaper to remove the remaining marks.
