Here are some sample parts made with generic resin. UV-cured resin prints can display fine details, sharp edges, and a smooth finish. The build size could range from 5 x 5 x 5 mm to 1700 x 900 x 800 mm. And we can make even larger prints by assembling.
Solution
- Step 1: Examine the 3D models to make sure the minimum detail is large enough, arrange the placement on the platform, and add supporting structures.
- Step 2: 3D print the parts with the material SLA Generic Resin. Generic resin prints display fine details, sharp edges and a smooth finish.
- Step 3: When printing is finished, remove the supports and rinse it with IPA, then manually sand and polish it with 400-1500 grit sandpaper.
