About Project

Fear that the rocking cars in the shopping malls and parks are full of bacteria and viruses? The infant health brand Baby Bear has designed the rocking car for home use and found us to make this scaled-down mockup. The 3D printed miniature of the developing product is helpful and cost-saving for product improvement.

Solution

• Step 1: Examine all the parts, add supports and arrange the placement in software.
• Step 2: Import the STL files into our industrial SLA 3D printer, and process printing with SLA Generic Resin.
• Step 3: The most challenging part is the wheels. We print all the small parts separately and then glue them together.
• Step 4: Remove the supports and polish the parts, then post-cure with UV. Spray the parts with an air brush and coat with UV-oil.
