About Project

Most of the Bluetooth speakers in the current market look the same and too boring. One of our customers designed a cute conch-shaped Bluetooth speaker with vibrant colors for children. The shell looks like a creature from the ocean. Parents can gently send reminders, make phone calls and broadcast children's radios as bedtime stories.

Restricted by the traditional molding method, they found it hard to make the tentacles and conch shaped shells. With the help of 3D printing, this problem could be solved easily. We choose Nylon filament considering its strength and cost.

Solution

• Step 1: Our engineers communicate with customers and offer some practical suggestions.
• Step 2: 3D modeling based on the revised blueprints.
• Step 3: 3D Printing the out shell of the Bluetooth speaker with Nylon filament through SLS printing technology.
• Step 4: Welding the circuit board and assembling it.
