The travel size bottles kit is well thought out and contains everything you need for travel to contain your shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, makeup, hair products and more. In addition, the bottle mouth is designed in spiral type, can be very closely matched with the bottle cap to prevent leakage of liquids.
A cosmetics company planned to design a set of travel size toiletry bottles as a promotional gift to their customers. In the prototyping stage, we printed the samples with an SLA 3D printer and precisely control the hole size and perfectly reflect the bird pattern on the cap.

Solution

• Step 1: 3D modeling based on the blueprint offered by our client.
• Step 2: 3D printing with an SLA 3D printer and Generic Resin.
• Step 3: Post-processing like support removal, sandblasting and polishing.
