About Project

Nearly all adults have owned one baby walker in their childhood, and this one would absolutely make a child outstanding. It has a vivid monster pattern, and a simple foldable chair.

Solution

  • Step 1: Our engineer firstly checks the models and makes sure all the details can be printed. Then give a quote based on the required scale and material. As it has an assembly structure, clearance needs to be controlled.
  • Step 2: Add supports and arrange the parts in the slicer software, then 3D print them with SLA Generic Resin.
  • Step 3: Rinse them with IPA to get rid of excess materials. When the green parts are completely dry, put them in the UV curing chamber. Then polish them to remove the supports, bumps and marks very carefully.
  • Step 4: Try to assemble all the parts together and test if it could move smoothly. Paint the parts into specified colors and spray with matte acrylic oil.
