Solution

• Step 1: Digital Design. A digital 3D model of the Guqin speaker, complete with its wooden grain texture and speaker dot details, was first created.
• Step 2: 3D Printing. The design was then translated into a printable format and sent to a high-resolution SLA 3D printer. Here, layers of liquid SLA Generic Resin were meticulously cured by laser light, solidifying into the speaker’s intricate form.
• Step 3: Support Removal. Once printing was complete, the speaker was carefully removed from the printing platform, and any supporting structures used during the process were meticulously removed.
• Step 4: Post-Processing. The speaker underwent a thorough cleaning process to remove any residual resin. It has also been sanded and polished to achieve a smooth and refined finish.
• Step 5: Painting. The speaker was then painted with a special finish that mimicked the natural beauty of wooden grains.
