Solution

• Step 1: The 3D model of the container was split into two parts: the bottleneck and the body.
• Step 2: The two parts were printed separately with SLA clear resin on a SLA 3D printer. Stereolithography (SLA) is a 3D printing technology that uses a laser to cure liquid resin into solid objects. The resin tank was filled with SLA Clear Resin.
• Step 3: The printed parts were removed from the printer and cleaned with isopropyl alcohol to remove any excess resin. They were then cured with UV light to harden and strengthen the resin.
• Step 4: The printed parts were carefully polished with sandpaper and polishing compound to smooth the surface and improve the transparency.
• Step 5: The two parts were stuck together with a special glue, and aligned precisely to avoid any gaps or misalignment.
• Step 6: The glued parts were covered with a thin layer of clear acrylic oil to enhance the glossiness and protect the resin from scratches and yellowing.
