About Project

The butt plug is a sex toy that can be enjoyed by anyone with an anus, regardless of genitalia, gender, or orientation. Our client designed this butt plug that fits our bodies better and made a sample with our 3D printing technology. It can be connected with a fluffy tail by a magnet and easily removed.

Solution

• Step 1: Build the 3D model from the drafts offered by the designer. After our client is satisfied with the rendering, we add supports to the model and adjust the placement in the slicing software.
• Step 2: As the sample requires high-resolution and precision, we printed it with DLP Ultra Detail Resin.
• Step 3: Remove the supports and carefully polish the surface. Then post-cure it with UV.
• Step 4: The resin sample in the photo is not the final version. After revising the blueprints dozens of times, we make the prototype using Zinc alloy with investment casting method.
