Solution

• Step 1: Study the blueprints and build the 3D model. Make revisions until our client feels satisfied.
• Step 2: 3D print the fasteners with SLA Generic Resin. Remove excess materials, wash the prints, and then UV post-cures them.
• Step 3: Polish the fasteners and electroplate them with zinc.
