Little boys may forget to bring their pencil cases to the school, but never would they forget to bring the toy swords! This cool shortsword pencil case can absolutely attract their eyes! Every time they open the case, it looks like drawing the sword from the scabbard.
You can also change the design and use different filaments, produce a 3D printed sword with the boy's favorite color, pattern, and name.

Solution

• Step 1: Design the pattern in the 3D modeling software, add it onto the sword, and set the thickness of 2mm.
• Step 2: Add the supports and arrange the placement of the swords.
• Step 3: 3D printing the sword handles and cases separately with FDM PLA. It’s the cheapest and safest material, with a wide range of color options.
• Step 4: Remove the supports, marks and bumps with scissors, grater and sandpaper carefully, in case the rag may hurt the children.
