Solution

• Step 1: A digital model of the ornament was created using 3D modeling software. The model was then sliced into thin layers and converted into a file format compatible with the SLA 3D printer.
• Step 2: The SLA 3D printer was prepared by filling the resin tank with SLA Clear Resin and inserting the build platform. The printer was then calibrated and the file was loaded.
• Step 3: The printing process was started by lowering the build platform into the resin tank. A laser beam was projected onto the resin surface, curing the resin into a solid layer according to the shape of the first layer of the model. The build platform was then lifted slightly and a wiper blade moved across the resin surface to remove any excess resin and bubbles. The process was repeated for each layer until the ornament was completed.
• Step 4: The ornament was removed from the build platform and washed with isopropyl alcohol to remove any uncured resin. The ornament was then placed in a UV curing chamber to harden and strengthen the resin.
• Step 5: The ornament was then rinsed in red dye solution for minutes and then washed with clear water. It was inspected for any defects or errors and polished with sandpaper to smooth out any rough edges. The ornament was then ready to be shipped or delivered to the customer.
