A white resin skull sculpture we’ve made for the just past Halloween party! Thank’s to the designer’s carving, the gothic skull is delicate as an art piece.

Solution

• Step 1: Our engineer firstly checks the minimum details of this model which are downloaded from the Internet. For models with delicate details or statues with high requirements for precision, we always suggest printing them with DLP or LCD technology.
• Step 2: Add supports and position the models properly in the slicer software, then 3D print them with LCD white resin.
• Step 3: Rinse with IPA, post-cure them with UV, and break the supports very carefully. Then polish them to remove the marks.
