Some of our clients are illustrators who are bored with daily 2D painting jobs. They ordered some delicate resin garage kits and paint at home as a pastime. This Oni Samurai is an example. The client purchased its 3D model from the Internet and turned to us for printing. We are very impressed by his painting.
Solution
Step 1: Our engineer firstly checks the model, especially the assembly tolerance and minimum details.
Step 2: Add supports and arrange the model in the slicer software, then 3D print it with DLP Ultra Detail Resin.
Step 3: Rinse with IPA and polish to remove the supports very carefully. Then polish to remove the marks.
